Pelican Isle Owners Association was created to govern the Pelican Isle RV resort subdivision. The governing body is the elected Board of Directors and the operations of the Association are managed by the appointed Officers.
Our Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions are governed by the Architectural Control Committee, which is appointed by the Board of Directors.
